I have MS Office that I can use for up to 6 devices. Is there a way to not share all of my One Drive files with all users? Is there a way for each user to have their own private one drive storage?

Yes, it is automatically like that (6 privates account). For shearing files and folders you should give special permissions.

You can always check while clicking in the file/folder, on the upper side of the webpage if it is being shared or not and change that status if you wanted differently.

How do I create separate accounts from one purchased download?

The other members of the Family package (or whatever you purchased) should have their personal account on their own. Then, you go to configuration and you can assign their accounts as Family Members. I don't remember exactly how, and the platform change often, but you will find it out! If not, ask for support through the webpage, they will help you.
