Can someone help me with this?

I'm 26, have 7 years of work experience, and manage a department with 3 people.
I work 25 hours a week.

I’m not sure how much I should be making.
I get paid hourly, but if you can suggest a salary, I can calculate the hourly rate.

I don’t have anyone to ask irl.

You need to be much more specific. Manage 3 people in what field? And why you getting paid hourly not salary?
