How do I make Russian dressing? What fillings are good? What kind of bread, if I do bread vs wraps?

Buy wraps. Grill chicken using lots of spices. Chop the chicken into stripes. Make a house style dressing of ketchup, mustard, mayo, chopped pickles, a little sugar and garlic powder. Spread over wrap . And don't skimp on the sauce. I've noticed a key to these places is they heavily sauce sandwiches. Then add the chicken on top of the sauce. Add sliced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, pickles, onions - raw, grilled or fried, depending on how you like them.
If you like, add more sauce to top before wrapping up.
