Still trying to find out if there are any blocks that are all or mostly Jewish families so the kids can all play outside, CH/BP style. Anyone know?

If you're trying to replicate CH/BP, I think you'll be disappointed.

I think she just means that there are frum Jews around as neighbors, not being the only Jew on the block.

Maybe get a copy of the anash list and see which streets are common. But it also depends on what's available to rent/buy, I'd see what's available and work backwards from there.
