Hi all, we are looking to take out an elderly relative who lives in Manhattan for a special birthday. We'd like to go to a fleishig restaurant in Manhattan, preferably not too expensive, but still nice for the occasion.
Since she is elderly and somewhat physically limited, somewhere on the quieter side would work best.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

I think Le Marais and Kasbah are two of the nicest places that aren't overly expensive in Manhattan. Le Marais can be a little loud, it's in Times Square, but upstairs is quieter if you ask for a table there.
You might also want to look into Noi Due Carne, Eighteen, and Rothschild TLV but they're slightly pricier. I've heard great things about Malka but haven't made it there yet!
