I couldn't find a forum for out of town inquiries (not sure why)
Does anyone know where my husband can get a haircut for under $18? He gets super simple haircuts

You can try jake and sons. I think Yisroel Treibwasser still charges less than $18 (unless he went up since the last time we were there)

Alex the Barber on Willow Glen has cut my son's hair. He has a basement barber shop in a residential home. His website has an online form to request an appointment. I think his haircurts are $30-$35 though, which is a typical barbershop price for a standard cut in Baltimore. We also go to a different barber shop and pay $28 + tip there.
Great Clips charges $20 for haircuts - there a few of them around town. We've been to the one in Quarry Lake. My daughter gets good haircuts there, but my son has gotten really awful ones for the most part, and he has a very simple, standard haircut - going to any of those chain places is a risk, even for a simple haircut.
