Visiting ey for the summer and would love to go to kever rochel. Would be great to hear from more experienced imas whether it’s safe to go at the moment? And if it is then what’s the best way to go? (Don’t have a car so will need to be a bus or something)

Take the bus. Kever rochel is a full compound like a fort.

What bus is it? Where can I get it from and what times of day does it go?

Bus #163, from the tachana merkazit.

It's not considered intercity, so you just pay a regular Jerusalem bus fare.

It comes about every half hour. The journey itself takes around an hour.

I don't think the bus is bullet proof, and it goes a very long way round. If you have a car, that's the easiest way to go, especially if you mean now, at 11:00 pm

It’s safe to go. You don’t need a bullet proof vehicle to go. You can take a bus but private car or cab is much easier. The buses leaving there can be sporadic. When I went recently I got a cab to take me and wait there for me.

We were just there. We drove, there is tons of parking and it's not scary if you take the Begin.
