They both have very nice selections. I'm pretty sure Sterns is cheaper but Ehrenfeld has a bigger selection.
Ehrenfeld also has a headpiece and veil gemach at their location. Stern has one on their block.

Stern is basically free as-is, but you pay for alterations/cleaning.
Eherenfeld is $300, then same as Stern's.
