Pretty sure it means explaining the text in Yiddish, like a shiur , not that Aicha is actually read in Yiddish

Its actually the exact translation, not like a shiur. Its found in the tzena u'rena (I'm sure I didnt spell it much like its sound...) which is basically chumash and a few other things in yiddish. Made for the women ages ago since the women then did not learn Lashon hakodesh.

1) tzena u'rena (however it's spelled ) isn't an exact translation, it's a translation with a p'shat
2) I'm pretty sure it's not just tzena u'rena read out loud in lieu of the actual text

It's the text followed by Yiddish translation plus commentary.

Shaindy Kleinman is on Hamaspik's hotline. Not sure if you should publicize to general public, because they set it up for the families they serve. As a parent of a child that receives services through their agency, I received the email with the info. But I wasn't able to get on because "max callers reached for this line. Please try again later "

It actually is. Tzena urena straight up. The teitch is underneath megilas eicha. Not with meforshim. Yiddish always is more wordy than the lushen kodesh (in order to understand it)so it's a bit longer
