I asked DH to buy Kalei Tzom. I'm nursing my 13 month old. He bought the green. Can I take it?
Why oh why doesn't it say ON THE PACKAGE which color is for whom? Are the words nursing or expecting too explicit???

Now I know that and since I didn't specify to DH (I thought it'll say someplace on package) we have only the green at home. Can I take it?

Does anyone know if I'm nursing an older baby, can I take the green? Or better try to get out and buy the blue?

I would be afraid to use the green, since they specifically formulated something else for nursing and pregnant women.

My husband bought me the blue and I'm not nursing or pregnant. Can we switch?

I wish they marked the color purposes in English!

It doesn't say even in Hebrew. My dh and I both can read hebrew and it just doesn't say it. it's as if we're supposed to know without anyone telling us.

Updated Info: I was at the supermarket today and saw the display the packets came in. It clearly said green can be taken by any adult including pregnant and nursing.
It seems the other 2 were formulated specifically to make it easier for fasting or nursing moms. But green can be taken instead.

I purposefully buy the blue even when not pregnant or nursing because the green had caffeine and I couldn’t sleep the one year I took it.

Good to know for future but I ended up going to supermarket and exchanging it. Especially, if as pp wrote is correct that green has caffeine, I don't do well with caffeine ever, not gonna start on a fast day.
