Can anyone recommend an eye cream that really helps to reduce wrinkles around the eye? That really works, really makes a difference? Thank you in advance!

The best wrinkle prevention good genes and second best is staying out of the sun. Third best is hydrate with lots of water, fourth in line is sunscreen, sunhat and shade. and fifth is to not smoke...reduce coffee.
I dont know how old you are, and that matters.
In terms of creams or serums there are many, you can try anything with Hyaluronic Acid/ Retinol.. The best one is the one you use, and not let sit on the shelf.
I found this to be helpful

We all have different skin so what works for me, may not work for you.
For deep wrinkles I like ROC deep wrinkle filler. Its not crazy expensive and a little bit goes a long way. It lasts a long time.
For overall I like Ahava and Loreals line.

Thank you for the link, there's a lot of information there. In terms of the ROC deep wrinkle filler, is that the same as ROC line smoothing eye cream? Or a different product? Thanks!

Been using the Roc deep wrinkle filler on my face for years and love it. I think that it really works for me. B'H I don't have sensitive skin and can tolerate the retinol very well.
I used the eye cream in the same series for a while and really liked it too. When I ran out (not available locally, have to order it from the States...) I switched to a different retinol based eye cream and then had issues with dry skin on eyelids and dry eyes.
I googled the issue and found a lot of youtube videos (by dermatologists + ophthalmologists) arguing that retinol around the eyes could permanently damage the meibomian gland which makes an oil that lubricates tears, and thus cause dry eyes. This scared me enough to discontinue all retinol-based eye creams.
Now, I'm not 100% convinced that this is the issue for me (could just be regular post-menopausal dry eyes + I'm a contact lense wearer...) or that this theory is 100% valid, but I figured it's best for me to play it safe and use eye creams that contain other ingredients like hyaluronic acid or peptides.
