Too late for before the fast but Kosher Artisans sourdough is authentic and delicious! They sell it in a few stores.

I used to be fooled till I started making my own I make 2, 3 a week
You see wow what a difference that clearly alot of stores are not real

I'd like to buy and freeze. Crave is only open Thursday Friday when I'm too busy.

I've been buying for the longest time in my boro park grocery. I was shocked when I discovered their "sourdough" has yeast. Eggs. Sugar..... It is so misleading. Don't write sourdough if it isn't authentic sourdough.

So I started making my own. You can't even compare. Homemade. Fresh. Is just delicious and you know there is no hidden sugar and chemicals

That's sterns also fake. The ones that taste super sour r not real. They put vinegar

Check the back of the bag. You'll see it's full of garbage- sugar. Yeast and all

A lot of local groceries sell lechem sourdough. Those are delicious and the real deal. So good.
