Just heard my daughter’s friend also say “actually?!” today. When I expressed my surprise that she also uses it in that way, they thought I fell off the moon.

Are teens on here? Because "socially off" is used all the time on this site, and most of the time the expression is not really fitting.

Every single one of these is so accurate.
Adding “vibes” and “satisfying”.
To be honest some of these are great words that I kind of wish were around in my day.

I’m like that’s not how u start a sentence | Lol because you used "like" and in our day that's what teens were made fun of for: starting every sentence with like.
Anyone's teen say "I'm obsessed" every few minutes?

Satisfying-yes! And then her younger sisters use it also and it's funny to listen to but yeah that word doesn't really bother me.

I agree with the poster who said that some of these are great words. They literally (!) encapsulate an entire message in a word.
Anyone up to the challenge of stringing together an entire paragraph using all the above words? Basically, That would be epic!

She says “off” and “sped” which I’m really trying to put a stop to. She also says “low key” all day long!

The first few days I was asking her what happened to her vocabulary and if she knew any other words. Then I gave up. |
My son and daughter both say “facts” but they pronounce it “fax!” I make fun of them that they don’t even know what that is.
