There was a pecan bourbon brownie featured in Whisk a while ago. I made it a few times and it is really divine. But I lost the recipe! If anyone knows the recipe I'm referring to and can post it here, it would be greatly appreciated!

This oneā€¦?

Pecan Bourbon Brownies

Yields: 16 squares

Ingredients:
1 C flour
1/2 C cocoa
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
2 TB oil
3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 TB bourbon
1 C sugar
1/2 C dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
3/4 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt and set aside.

In a medium pot, over a small flame, melt the butter or margarine, chocolate and oil. Stir often, being careful not to burn the chocolate, until the mixture smooth, around 10-15 minutes. (You can microwave it too on 15 second intervals until the mixture is smooth.)

Whisk in the vanilla and bourbon, then whisk in both sugars, beating until well combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition then Fold in the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.

Gently fold in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle a few extra pecans on top of the batter, if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is shiny and slightly cracked.

Let the pan cool before slicing.
