My toddler’s laundry? I don’t need it for the nine days but it’s stains that sometimes don’t come out after one wash, and being that we can’t do laundry until Wednesday chatzos and need to do adult laundry as well, and it’s close to Shabbos….

I was taught if damage will happen from items not being washed you may wash them.
Our stain remover is really strong. If I leave it one it will bleach the clothing, so I'm washing stuff and just not using it if it's going to stay stained otherwise.

So in my case damage is not guaranteed to happen, but I would probably have to wash it out more than once for the stains to be completely gone….
But my husband also said he thinks you’re allowed to… it’s not like I’m washing it out now… it’s just so that the stains come out especially when it’s quite close to Shabbos….
