When I worked in a JPF school in the tri-state area 3 years ago, the hs principals were paid about 100k.

I’m qualified to be a principal. Many years of experience and a doctorate. But no amount of money would be enough for me. The 24/6 on call, huge responsibilities, impossible to make everyone happy and dealing with parents and discipline… total non starter for me. I’d rather coach.
