We booked for 4, got one night free though our travel agent.

Am I the only one who did not enjoy it?
The pool was dirty. The villa didn’t feel fresh; it was pretty run- down and didn’t have that luxurious five star feel. For the price, I felt we overpaid. Would never go back there ugh.
And the food was overpriced and horrible.
Hyatt ziva was aaaamazing! And near a lot of places to eat and Chabad.

We did 2 nights but I think three is really minimum because the first day ur settling in and last day already checking out
Electric blue I kind of felt like that right when we got there...like this is what everyone talks about? Had them come and clean the pool, and I ended up absolutely loving the whole experience, having a private pool, the beach, the service etc and would totally go back! Also, the hotel restaurant is really awful

really? so where else would you recommend going ? totally stuck on this.. wish there was another island with food..

Same here about pool. Dirty ice cold with squirrels and I was dead scared of the raccoons. I couldn’t step out at night. We did 2 nights there n 2 nights somewhere else gorgeous hotel, public clean pool was empty!! Forgot the name

Anyone been to st regis kanai resort? Is the private plunge pool fully private not visible to others? How does it compare to banyan tree? Trying to choose between the 2. Have been to banyan but not at regis.
