If you make challah in a Bosch, do you let it rise in the same mixing bowl? Or do you transfer it to a bigger bowl for rising?

Transfer to a plastic tablecloth… oil it first, then wrap it in plastic and let rise
I get a box of smaller size tablecloths that I keep just for this

Thanks! I always transfer it to a big mixing bowl but I wonder if I don't have to dirty another bowl...

Does it rise nicely if you don't transfer it?

It rises over the bowl but I cover it with a plastic bag and it's still contained. My challah comes out with a great texture.

Transfer it onto my worktop and cover it if I don't leave it in the bowl.

I transfer it to a much bigger bowl that’s been sprayed with Pam bc it will be too hard to take it out otherwise..

I transfer to a big bowl. One time I forgot to and the dough was in the Bosch with the lid on tight and the dough rose so much that it broke the fastening pieces of the lid and now my lid doesn’t twist on anymore. So if u decide to do in bowl make sure to use something else to cover or make sure the lid isn’t twisted on

The first time I used my bosch I left the dough in to rise and it got all over my counter and floor. Never again.
I have a HUGE mixing bowl that I use for rising dough now.

I do this too-and I also wrap the whole bundle in a towel to keep it warm while it rises
