I have a dress that I wore to my son's bm a few months ago. It sounds exactly like what you want, but it was $350 and then I put in another 50 in alterations.
I'm 5'2" and it was floor length with 3 inch heels.
I don't think I would sell it for $100, but maybe I'd rent it to you if you'd be interested?
