I'm very weak with low muscle tone all over.
I can do cardio like brisk walking jumping jacks etc so I'm not completely sedentary but when it comes to strength and toning I'm so lost.
I want to do something very beginners that will tone and strengthen my body all over
Any recommendations.
Must be really easy to start with

I had the same thing and BH got much more strong
Either hire a personal trainer or do a video like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Start with low weights and after a month or two you can go up
