I love all the ideas here. And I agree with above poster that the setup/color scheme will make a big difference. If you have a tablecloth and props gemachs in your area, I would suggest getting from there. Also, if your budget allows, consider buying 1-2 nice things for the dessert buffet that your daughter will appreciate- maybe personalized cookies, cake pops, or peanut chew pops.

How do I make mini cheesecakes? In mini graham cracker crusts?

Same question about mini quiches… mini dough crusts? What kind of quiches are healthy (no heavy cream or sugar) and easy to make and freezes well

Also, as cute as a pasta station is, is it worth it? Or just mix the pasta and store bought sauce and call it as day? I’d do it if it really made it that much “nicer”. But I feel like I’d faster do a waffle station

How do I do the yogurt station?

I looked into a pasta bar and decided against it. Keeping the sauces warm but not separating was an issue and the girls aren't that into creative pastas, they will all make the same pastas you would, not worth it.
Makes much more sense to do a salad bar or yogurt bar. A yogurt bar is different flavor yogurts and toppings.
A waffle bar would be the most popular of all the options just make sure you have enough machines because there will be a lot of traffic by that station.

Mini cheesecakes are in mini graham cracker crust. Mini quiches in mini dough crusts. You can use the recipe in the purple spice anf spirit and just bake them for shorter. No sugar or heavy cream in the recipe.

Diy Sushi bowls!
Have a big pan of sushi rice (you can easily make yourself, just put in the oven on 350 for about 45 minutes with sushi rice and hot water in a 1:2 ratio. Add a drop of rice vinegar when it comes out.
Have big bowls of all toppings (lettuce, avocado, cucumbers, shredded carrots, cabbage, mango, shredded/cubed salmon, kani, red tuna, or whatever you’d like!)
Easiest to buy a few bottles of sweet sauce and spicy mayo rather than make it, but whatever you think.

You can make mini cheesecakes in cupcake holders. I never found good mini graham crusts. You can either make your own crust or use a round cookie (vanilla wafers work great!).

For the quiches I would get the smallest crusts. I’ve seen 4 sizes-full size, about 4 in (great for pot pie), tart shells, and mini tart shells. If you want to do minis I’d go with the mini ones, they are actually just 1 or 2 bites. I find the regular tart shells more often need a fork and knife.

Yogurt-assorted flavors or just plain & vanilla. Toppings-assorted fruits (raw &/or cooked), granola, mini choc chips or lentils. Look at the yogurts that come with toppings for more ideas.

You can put out big bowls of yogurt and containers or bowls or you can pre-fill the containers with yogurt (label different types) and just put out bowls of toppings. Pre-filling containers is definitely neater and less will go to waste (easy to use any leftovers containers for your family). You can put them in bowls of ice or put out some & reload later (depending how long the party is). You might also be able to rent one of those small display fridges and load the yogurts in there.
