I've called the hotline multiple times, one time someone answered, told me to email him then hung up. I sent a few emails but did not get any responses.
It bothers me that they put OU-D on their products when many are actually OU-DE but I have no way of confirming that until I speak to someone.
Theyre the biggest kashrus agency-how do people reach them to determine if something is actually dairy?

I’ve literally never had an issue and I’ve called for this reason very often. Call the consumer hotline.

There is no such thing as OU-DE anymore. They do not use that certification. (And to my knowledge no other kosher certification does it either.

Right, they don't mark things as DE though they still can be just dairy equipment, I find it frustrating that I have to call to find out outshine fruit bars are not dairy but they say to keep checking back in case the company changes their recipes. I buy them for shabbos so OU-D and DE is a big difference.
I keep trying the consumer hotline, barely ever get through to anyone and the 2 times I did they did not help

The chof K does and I love them for this! The non dairy Ben and Jerry's ice cream has a DE and it makes my erev shabbos mad rush to buy a desert SO much easier!
Why are so many "non dairy" ice creams (other brands) marked OU-D?

Most other kashrus agencies use dairy equipment when applicable. OU has also starting using OU DE again recently for some products.

It's not 100% complete but it's a very good start. If it doesn't show up as DE you can still ask.

Here's the link:

It's only for some items. Many you have to still asl about. I wouldn't assume something is not dairy equipment just because it's not listed on their site as dairy equipment. You can always ask to find out of you're not sure.

Why have they still not emailed me back?
I just called and read out the ingredients of the item and he said to send a picture (I already sent it 3 times over July/August) so I resent it and waiting again to hear back
