My son pretty much has accidents daily and his clothing smells really bad. I can’t imagine not washing for 9 days. What do I do with it? I cannot handle the smell.

Ask a Rav, you may be able to wash it.

How old is your son?
This is something I wouldn't have thought to ask. I'd assume it's totally fine to wash right away. I'm Lakewood yeshivish, for reference.

I asked about this. Think it was about washing towels after a kid threw up, but same idea. I was told I could wash it if it's it's going to make the bath-room smell (washing machine is in the bathroom).

I can't remember whether I was allowed to wash it properly or just a quick wash so the room doesn't smell, but it was definitely ok. You should ask.

You're allowed to wash anything for little kids.
With my first baby since he had a lot of clothes I waited until the end of the week and a lot of his clothes got mildew stains where he had spit up!! Since then I did not try to be machmir, there's a heter to was clothes for children for a reason!!!

Ask your LOR. I was told any clothing worn by a kid who cannot keep themselves clean can be washed. This included spit up (my kids were huge spitters), pee etc. I wash all toddler stuff because I cannot own enough!

I was also told that if it would be ruined I can clean it but try to spot clean vs whole garment. Sorry but I am not letting pee sit for over a week. It will never come out.

Ask your LOR.
