Preferably portion size. Thanks… I’ll search that, I actually searched keto recipes as well as the other poster mentioned and found some things.

You can google keto mug brownie
I use to make the recipe using only the egg yolk
Then, after it was cooked I took the egg whites and beat them stiff with a tiny bit of sweetner
Spread it on top and put it under the broiler just to get it a tiny bit brown tips

Just watch the calories - they are calorie dense
I would eat 1/2 on Shabbos night and 1/2 on Shabbos day
