Are garlic knots hamotzi?

I made garlic knots and im wondering if I have to wash for it? It has milk and water in the recipe

I would wash on garlic knots 100%
Some opinions hold that some breads made with sweets like applesauce can be mesons and I don’t hole that way, but I don’t. Think garlic knots is even up for debate

The only things that make something perhaps mezonos, according to how I learned, are crunchy, sweet, and/or filled (like a hamentash). Those criteria change the tzuras hapas. Garlic knots do not meet that criteria.
