You're not allowed to wash laundry so I don't see why bras would be different. Do you have a few that you can switch off? Ask your LOR..

I was taught that expensive items like bras, that people normally do not have many of you may wash.

I think in general you can wash items that you ran out of up until end of this week( week of Tisha bav).
