I have at least one box of machine matzah that I don’t know what do to with. The pieces are not whole, so I can’t use them for lechem mishna. What can I make with them?
Most of my family does not like matzah pizza or matzah lasagna. Not matzah brei either. Any more ideas?

Ground it up and use:
-In place of breadcrumbs with spices for meatballs
-Home made matzah balls (there are tons of recipes online)
-chocolate covered matzah. You can add toppings like nuts or shredded coconut etc . Have it for third meal

Grind and make matzah balls and use any leftovers instead of breadcrumbs in meatballs.
