Yes, I know it’s rented out for the frum crowd the following week.

There is a good chance there will be a minyan even if nobody posts here.

The closest Chabad House doesn't have a regular minyan but can help with a minyan if there are almost enough people. They have a shul space but need advance notice to arrange a Sefer Torah.

If there doesn't end up being a minyan at Greek Peak, there is a shul 35 minutes away near Syracuse (Shaarei Torah in DeWitt). Shacharis is 6:45 am weekdays, 8:00 am on Sundays, Mincha/Maariv 7:30 pm.
