Pick a kid you are having difficulty with, or just not looking at positively enough, or really any kid at all. Provide some background, or don't. And then tell us all something positive about them.
-Deep slow breath-
My teen (with adhd who can't regularly get assignments in in time or out the door on time) is amazing with little kids. Can teach them to play ball and to read and can manage their behavior. It's pretty great.

Ha,
If you asked me to write on here about my child’s great qualities, I could fill a dozen of pages. The challenge is to remember them when child is around and pressing my buttons….

My kid who spends half the day whining and clinging to me will jump up and help as soon as she's asked. (sometimes...)

My adhd teen who is somehow always in my space is adorable, respectful, responsible, helpful, eager to please, mature, popular in school, and bh does none of these things that mothers of teen girls here complain about.

My 10 year old is physically difficult and not as independent as typical kids.
She is also sensitive, easygoing, resilient, hilarious, social and brings life and love and simcha into our home and everywhere she goes.
Oh also, she has Down Syndrome.
