Remember that those chat do alerts you to some great deals but it's only worth it, if it won't push to buy stuff that you would not have purchased if you didn't know about it!!
The purpose of those chats is for them to make you buy so they profit! 
Don't subscribe to more than a couple and make sure you really need the product before you buy!
Sometimes price is not even great so make sure it's actually a metzia!
Know the "regular" price of what you are buying!!!!
Eta: I like best "bargain boutique deals" !

I follow a few but I really like:
Kosher On a Budget, otherwise known as KOAB. She lives in Israel and has a blog plus a whatsapp group.
She is not into pushing things and clearly says that if you buy on sale because it is a sale, but you don't need it and it is outside your budget-- don't buy.
Also read her budgeting tips and how to be frum while on a budget.
Some other bloggers push and push. Not always it is a good deal. You have to, with any blog, know what is a good deal, what is within your budget etc.

My favorites are Dan's Deals and Kollel Budget. I sometimes like browsing Slickdeals too.
You need to be able to filter what is actually a good deal, because many times they're junk, or actually ads (and sometimes they mislead you that it's a deal when it's actually just an ad.) Most of the other groups weren't what I was looking for.
