Thanks, which chabad are you referring to? There are a few in the area.

Chabad mid hudson can't guarantee minyan. The modern orthodox shul shomrei Israel does seem to have minyan. I'm finding it so strange that there's so much summed presence in Lancaster and the Poconos.... this seems to have plenty of attractions and is closer by. I'm wondering what I'm missing.....
