Starting to lose it a bit. My 3.5 month old slept so great when she was younger, she would give us on average 4-6 hours straight! Then suddenly she barely sleeps!
I know it can be a sleep regression but what do we do??? I even give her last feed of the night half bottle half nursing to make sure she eats enough. She goes to sleep around 8:30/9 pm, wakes up at 10 or 11, then is awake at 12:30, 2:30, then poops at 3:30.
Each time she wakes up she is impossible to get back down to sleep. I try nursing if I think she's hungry, but then an hour later she wakes up and I know she isn't hungry.
I don't understand "drowsy but awake" because she will just scream ballistically.
Any advice from someone that overcame this speedily please!

She is tiny still. She should be waking to eat at night. Nurse her when she wakes up. It’s a hard stage, but this is life with a baby.
