Most of the frum magazines use a person to hand deliver weekly magazines to subscribers, instead of sending it through the mail. You can try contacting a magazine, I am sure there is a point person they can refer you to in your closest area.

As A federal employee you'd get fantastic benefits and a pension
If you'd prefer, maybe ask to deliver in an area outside your neighborhood
My grandfather worked for the post office
