She wrote about this on her Instagram stories. She addressed her age and her gratitude at a miracle baby. It seems like she's discussing all this openly.

She's such a great role model for our girls. We are so lucky to have such "celebrities" in our world. I look at my secular cousins and who their kids admire, and then look at who my kids admire... I am so grateful beyond words to people like malkie.
She's clearly a settled, confident woman who is continuously growing and brings so much joy. She puts a lot of time and effort into her career, but doesn't get caught up in the narishkeit. She puts her neshama and her family first.
