You can give her milk in a syringe.

How old is she? If she is over a year you can give her pedyalite through a medicine dropper. I did this with my baby, every 5 minutes I gave her 5 ml.

That’s a great idea but I don’t have that and she’s sleeping

Just keep the room cool. She's unlikely to dehydrate overnight.

Even if she’s feverish?

Have you given pain meds?
When my baby did that especially it was after being in a baby carrier for hours because I took her with me to a chasuna, I forced fed her with a syringe. I can't remember if I used pumped milk or water. I was really worried. I think her diaper was also very dry.

Yes I gave her Motrin 2 hours ago.
Didn’t help with the eating

Yes. Keep her cool and light. You can sponge her face to help keep her cool.
Dehydration becomes a problem if it's a long illness or there's diarrhea or vomiting. Or for a newborn.
You can also see if she'll drink water from a cup. Small amounts of water are safe at this age.

Would she take a bottle in her sleep? Sometimes they're less resistant once they're asleep

She’ll be fine. What time does she wake up in the morning? 7:30? How many hours does she usually sleep at night? 10-12? She’s not going to dehydrate just from a few extra hours.

Give her Gatorade or powerade. It's better tasting than pedialyte and equally effective. My pediatrician gave me this idea.

last week my baby was throwing up and had to go to the emergency room for fluids.
I went to the doctor a few times to make sure she is not dehydrated.

Pedialite in a syringe force it if needed. And ice cream or iced is a good idea.

If there's vomiting or diarrhea, the risk of deydration shoots up. Without them, it's a pretty small risk.

My Dr recommends 7up or sprite mixed with water, syringe a few cc in the mouth every couple of minutes even if they are sleeping give it a try. If they are willing they can sip it from a cup
I've used it on my kids, on my self and have heard from others who have tried it how amazing it was for them.

I give my toddlers ices when I’m worried about dehydration. Ideally Gatorade ones, but even just regular ones to keep them hydrated.

Put a syringe of pedialite in the cheek. It helps them swallow and keep it in. Give a colder bath. Not freezing just not hot. Check if she is having less wet diapers. If so then call your doctor
