We do
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana (can be frozen)
8oz yogurt
1/2c milk
(1/4 c oatmeal if you aren’t concerned about eating uncooked oatmeal)
Sometimes I’ll add chia seeds
Delicious every time

Sounds good! I've even let the oatmeal sit in hot water for 5 min before adding to smoothie

Depending on your blender, you may not need anything to thicken. I make plain milk and frozen strawberries super thick but I have a Vitamix. So my measurements and methods might be different than what suits your blender.

Adding banana is almost the same as adding sugar-it sweetens the smoothie. For thicker without the carbs, add heavy whipping cream.

I recommend using frozen fruit and skipping the ice.
I put peanut butter or almond butter in my smoothies. Adds flavor, nutrition, and creamy texture (and calories, of course, but my smoothies are a meal).
My pb&j smoothie is frozen strawberries, frozen banana, peanut butter, and plain yogurt.
It's only mildly sweet, but it is sweet enough (from the fruit), creamy, and icy.

Frozen strawberries, frozen banana, avocado and almond butter. Don't add liquid, let the fruit thaw a bit and blend. Thick, creamy and rich. Yum!

I'd do pineapple, mango, coconut milk. You can put a third fruit, too, like banana or strawberry, but I don't think you need it.

Thank you. I like the idea of coconut milk. Would it be good if I add in Greek yogurt?
