I want to make a bunch of green beans now and put into my freezer, can they be frozen?
Do you freeze them after they are cooked?

Yes but assuming you're talking about frozen, reheating is the same effort as cooking, so you may as well season and put raw in the pan, it will taste fresher.

What if I just cook them now, freeze them, and when I am ready to take them out of freezer I'll let them sit out instead of reheating?
