Everything that’s white or cream is coming out light blue with blue streaks. The stains do not come out. The stuff didn’t go in the dryer. Help!

You said it's a new machine - how new? Any chance there's still a piece of paper or some colored tape or something that shouldn't be in there (as in, something that should have been removed as part of set up but wasn't)?
Any chance it's not the machine, but maybe a crayon or marker in one of the pockets?
You can always try calling the store or the manufacturer - hopefully they can better direct you. If they can't - I don't know the details, but I know there are products that can be used to clean a washing machine - maybe run that for a couple of cycles and see if that helps? (test afterwards with a white washcloth or old towel that you don't mind getting streaked in blue)
