Are the prices on costcos app the same as in store? Or its higher?

I don't know how they determine shipping costs though.
Is this for large items which often aren't carried in the store or is this for food and similar kind of small stuff?
Because $1 per item on a mattress doesn't make sense in terms of economics. Or a television.

Shopping from Costco’s website has higher prices on most items because they calculate shipping and handling into the cost. Depending on the item it can be anywhere from a few dollars to hundreds more
Shopping from Costco via instacart has much higher prices on everything

I just checked my receipts from in store vs online and seems that each item is $1-2 more online
