Seems like a silly question, but what time should I do an upsherin on a sunday?

What time of year is your upsherin? If you're in a community where boys have school earlier on Sundays and there would be boys as guests then later in the day.
Otherwise I actually think brunch timing is really nice. Say 10:30

I did 2:00 for one boy it was like 2-4 lunch food milchig
Another son was 4:30 and was fleishig potato kugel and sesame chicken

If you're planning on serving supper then make it supper time. Like 4:30-5. If it's fleishig but you're not actually feeding kids then make it post supper.
