Chanania Yom Tov Lipa is a real name. Not sure if there ever was one with the last name Katzenellenbogen but that’s a fictional combination in a Shmuel Kunda story that could maybe have happened in reality too.

Yes! I'm looking it up.
Online I see Alexander Shabbos Israel X Kestenbaum, but I remember he said it in his interview with yaakov langer. Trying to relisten for it

Anon for this because I've told friends IRL. I SERIOUSLY considered naming my baby Sar Shalom even though it's not our minhag/mesorah at all. Felt a very strong pull to the name Shalom in my 9th month, named him Shalom Dov Ber in the end.
Also, my friends husband is friends with the long-shalom-name guy.
All my kids have 2 names, a few have three. Hope this helps your question.

Katzenellebogen is a street in Israel that I’m pretty sure was named after a real person.

About seven years ago someone named his son about 10 names. (I think to spite his in-laws). He ended up having another ceremony to rename the baby a little later....

Katznellenbogen is a real last name. Katznellenbogenstein (as in The Magic Yarmulka) I believe is invented.
Don't forget Shmuel Kunda's other long names, like Uncle Isadore (Yitzchak Isaac Meshulam Zusia ben Yosef (?) Aharon Dov Ber Hakohen Himmelstein)!
