Getting out diaper cream

Anyone have a good idea for getting balmex diaper cream out of a dark skirt? Washed in regularly and it left a big white stain...

It doesn’t come out. I used to sharpie over stains.

Now I use earth mama diaper balm. It washes out.

Palm olive dish soap. These creams are oil based. You need something to break up the oil. Put a little on and scrub it out with your finger, then wash on cold in machine

Try ultra strength palmolive or dawn spray

Dry cleaning worked perfectly to get it out of a dark suit.

I used Dawn dishwash and a toothbrush to get zinc oxide sunblock out of fabric. The basic ingredients (grease and zinc or titanium dioxide) are similar to Balmex, Desitin and white oil paint.
