As someone who's dh works in kashrus please ask your lor. We all have different standards. Even within the same community people have different standard.

Many many Flatbush restaurants have this hechsher. I don't know what chasidim hold but I Flatbush ppl use it as far as I know

The chassidim that I know that are makpid on Kashrus do use this hechsher.
