As someone who's dh works in kashrus please ask your lor. We all have different standards. Even within the same community people have different standard.

Thanks, a relative of mine was invited to an event in a restaurant under this hechsher. She wasn’t sure what this hechsher is….

Many many Flatbush restaurants have this hechsher. I don't know what chasidim hold but I Flatbush ppl use it as far as I know

The chassidim that I know that are makpid on Kashrus do use this hechsher.
