Has anyone ordered custom Upsherin bags/boxes on Ali before?
Having a hard time with the technicalities, would appreciate if someone could help me out.

Not finding the section where I would put in my custom order. It has me select the basics, and then order?
Does the seller contact you after ordering for your custom info?

After you pay, you go to your order summary and click on 'contact seller', in there you put in your info for customisation.
Make sure you order it with plenty of time, it took about a week for them to do my order and shipping time is only counted from once it's shipped, mine arrived the day after the chalaka...

Got it.
What if I have any questions, regarding colors etc.? Or do they only do the colors they list?

I actually messaged the seller before ordering and it was pretty customizable.
When I approved it he send me a direct link to pay
He actually send it after 2 3 days, so got it well in advance
There is mp more then one seller. Another time when I remembered to late to order them I paid extra for express shipping to be on the safe side.

Order from a seller who did lots of sales and has express shipping. These sellers can get your stuff to you (after it’s ready) in a week.
