Def a thing. It's a interesting hashkafa I don't really get it. A lot of them grew up modern, flipped out in sem/yeshiva and went through YU. Generally send to open minded charedi type schools. Idk I don't get it. But very much a thing there.

Daled is as new and parts of Gimmel is as well. Not sure why Heh has inflated prices.
My apartment in Gimmel is stunning and looks the same as these ones in Heh.
