I really would love to open a kiosk in bp I just need someone like a business consultant to tell me exactly what it entails etc
Anybody can refer a business consultant or somebody who helps you get a business off the ground?

What's your Unique Selling Point?
In other words, why would people come to you versus your competition?
Make a business plan: (rough example below. I'm sure there are more factors)
Monthly expenses:
Rent
IT
Electricity
Employees
Filters
Maintenance
Ink
Paper
Cleaner
Occasional expenses:
New equipment
Advertisements
One time expenses:
Construction
Branding
Computers
Keyboards
Printers
Mouse
Desks
Chairs
Profit:
Calculate expenses- (you can divide the one time and occasional by 12)
How much will users pay per hour?
About how many hours will users use your kiosk?
How many hours can you expect per month?
How many hours do you need per month to cut even?
How much more do you need to earn your desired profit?
Make an educated decision if this is profitable for you.

Because at every other corner another one opened and not one has yet to close shop.
People like to go to the closest one possible. There could be one every few blocks

Not closing doesn't mean it's money making. Sometimes people hope for the best. They try to make back their investment, etc. Other times, their books are mismanaged and they don't realize they're losing money...

I can try to help you with rough estimates.
Are you renting a place?
It depends a lot on the size of your place.
Location in BP?
Are you hiring people?
About how many computers?
Here's rough estimates based on a medium size place, in BP- not central. 10 computers. 1 blue collar employee.
Monthly expenses:
Rent: $2,500
High speed internet: $300
IT: $700
Electricity: $500
Employee (can also be your cleaner): $4,000
Security: $50
Filters: $250
Maintenance: $200
Ink: $150
Paper: $150
Extras: $200
Total monthly: $9,000
If you don't hire anyone and you do the work: $5,000
Occasional expenses:
New equipment: 2 New computers per year: $2,000
Advertisements: 4 advertisements in local papers: $2,000
One time expenses: (on a budget)
Construction- basics: $2,000
Branding- basics: $2,500
Computers- 10: $10,000
Keyboards: $1000
Printers: $400
Mouse: $200
Cameras- security: $1000
Desks: $5,000
Cubicles: $5,000
Chairs: $2,000
Extras: $1,000
Total: $30,000
Expense Totals: $30,000 investment
Occasional: $5,000 annually
Monthly: $5,000 (if you don't hire)
Profit:
How much will users pay per hour? $8
About how many hours will users use your kiosk? 5 hours/ month
How many customers can you expect per month? (depends on many factors)
How many customers do you need to make back your investment? 750
How many customers do you need per month to cut even? 125
How much more do you need to earn your desired profit?
Do you think it's possible for you to have minimum 125 separate customers per month plus an additional 750 customers per year (to make back your investment)? If yes, you'll cut even. More than that, you'll make profit.
