The Sternberg thread got me thinking! Any other Fay-gah girls here? I was there the last few years before they closed. My how I loved that camp! Weekly Wednesday night bowling trips, Israeli night, the big huge hill with the steps. I have such fond memories.

Anyone remember the year we attempted to boycott color war? Was that the same year color war was broken out on stage at Israeli night?

Op, I was also there the last few years! It was so sad when it closed down!

Playing sports down the bottom of that huge hill (Hit, the ra-ra-nit!) I also still sometimes sing “be a sport on the court!” Any camp Emunah girls remember our yearly machanayim game?

We hated all of color war lol.
Remember neighborhood day when about 1/4 of the camp was team Boro Park? 😂
Besides Israeli night, there were AJC and CIT plays.
I was thinking how cool it was that we had Miri Israeli with us and all her original songs!
Anyone stayed in the Orev the year it was haunted? Iykyk

Loved camp faygah!! Such great memories !! The sports ,the warmth, the Ruach night activities, Lillian ,lifsha ..faygah faygah oh I love my faygah ..dvar Torah who’s gonna be from the very best of the tcs!
