Preferably predownloaded on a usb or app. She loves drawing and is drawn to digital art. Is there anything geared to that that doesn’t cost too much. She is 17 and is looking to expand professionally. Any leads appreciated. Any other leads to courses you know of that she can master during her own time, appreciated.

My teen did a professional certification in graphic design on coursera.org. Not expensive, but I don’t know about downloadable. My kid did it as a summer thing and continued through half the school year to finish. They have some interesting options, see what’s available.

There are many amazing courses online that don't cost much, through apps like udemy, skillshare, LinkedIn learning, and domestica. Most (probably all) of these apps let you download the course over wifi and then you can disable the wifi.

Picking the particular course is harder because it depends on what particular skill she's looking to work on, and you may want to vet if the course is tznius and appropriate, and some require expensive supplies.

You can try manifestcourses.com

I recently saw it being advertised, and its frum so you may be able to download.

You can also look into courses on Designalive.com which is also run by a frum lady.
