The morah from my child's summer camp takes pictures of everyone but already for the 2nd day no pictures of my child!
One day I understand, but 2 days in a row?? And the other days my child always appears only on the background of other kid's pictures. I'm so sad.

This can be solved with a simple phone call.
I once had this with my son, morah said that he refused to have pictures taken of him, he runs away when he see's the camera. Which made sense.

For the first 2 days my daughter was only visible from a distance or could only see the back of her …

After a few days she appeared more.

I don’t think it’s intentional- morah is probably just snapping pics and not paying close attention.

You can definitely bring it to her attention “hi I’m sure it’s not Intentional, but my daughter would love to see herself in some of the pictures you send home… can you please be more mindful to capture her next week?”

I kind of asked her this week already, but she still doesn't! Maybe I'm too sensitive, I just feel like she didn't connect with my dc that much but I also don't want to ask to switch groups and make it all weird (especially since dc is finally beginning to know the kids etc).

Love the wording of your message, if she still doesn't next week, I am saying this, thanks!

How did you "kind of" asked her? You need to be straightforward & not beat around the bush. I'm sure she's not doing it on purpose.

I just asked if dc was playing in the playground, since I hadn't seen in the pictures. Morah said yes but that was it, I wasn't very direct.

So she took that as you inquiring about how your child was socializing and didn’t read between the lines that you were conceded about the pics Smile

You can definitely be more direct next week 👍

My daughter is a counselor in a playgroup daycamp. The Morah has one girl make sure to take pictures of every kid doing everything so parents don't complain that they don't see their kids.
