Buy a birthday cake if it has words written on it, erase it before Shabbos. Get some like chips or popcorn or something for dessert maybe some candy

Get a fun tablecloth to put on the birthday table before you have the party/dessert (depends when you are serving the cake). Fun decorations around the house like posters, balloons, streamers will also add a lot. Your other children (if you have) can help decorate on Thursday/Friday afternoon.
When we do Shabbos birthdays, we always have a cake with the "happy birthday" written on a piece of chocolate. We do a "shabbos party" in the afternoon and serve cake and nosh.
B"H I live near my sister and parents, so I invite them. If you have family or friends nearby, or even fun neighbors, invite them to the party.
Have everyone go around the table and say something nice about the birthday boy. Then play a fun game after.
Happy birthday!!!
